Certified organic and hand-harvested, the grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation without added sulfur, followed by aging for 24 months in a combination of clay amphorae and old oak barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, this wine reveals a light straw hue and a vibrant aromatic profile featuring fresh white and yellow fruits like peach, apricot, apple, and citrus, complemented by notes of toasted hazelnuts and subtle oxidative nuances. The palate is full-bodied yet balanced, showcasing a harmonious interplay of freshness, minerality, and a lingering, intense finish.
