LOOP LINE TASTING NOTES | Envïnate is a project of four friends who met while studying wine growing in Alicante. The focus is exploring the ancient, Atlantic-infused terruños of Ribera Sacra and the Canary Islands. By using traditional farming techniques and winemaking methods they are able to let each, unique parcel speak for themselves in the finished wine. 

The Albahra is from a number of parcels with a combination of calcareous, clay and sandy soils with up to 900m of elevation and range from 30-45 years old. Fermented with indigenous yeasts by parcel with some whole cluster. Fermentation in a mix of used barrels and concrete tanks before resting on its lees for 8 months. High-toned aromatics of floral red fruit with hints of spice and an abundance of minerality. An extremely versatile food wine.

If you prefer to meet us curb-side for pick-up, please call or email the shop to make arrangements.

We offer delivery within the GTA (see postal codes below) for a $10 flat rate. All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.
