This wine is crafted predominantly from Chardonnay, complemented by Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, sourced from a 1.5-hectare parcel in the village of Bisseuil, situated adjacent to the Grand Cru village of Aÿ. The vines, over 40 years old, are cultivated on south-facing slopes and farmed using organic practices. Fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts, and the wine undergoes barrel aging, with 10% new oak, for 53 months on the yeast, imparting depth and complexity. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered, showcasing the estate's commitment to purity and authenticity.

On the nose, this Champagne reveals aromas of white flowers, stone fruit, lemon curd, and light nuts. The palate is medium-bodied, textured, and long, with bright acidity and a refined mousse . Tasting notes highlight flavors of crisp orchard fruit, lemon oil, mint, white flowers, and almonds, offering a vinous and chiseled profile .
