The 2022 vintage presented challenges with wet and cool weather, yet the resulting wine showcases remarkable character and depth. 

Fermented with wild yeasts and aged in large-format French oak puncheons, the wine is unfined and unfiltered, with only minimal sulfur added at bottling. This approach preserves the wine's purity and allows the unique terroir to shine through.

In the glass, the 2022 Deep Down Chardonnay reveals a pale straw hue. The nose is complex, offering aromas of hay, lemon, and a subtle funk reminiscent of porridge.
