LOOP LINE TASTING NOTES | Envïnate is a project of four friends who met while studying wine growing in Alicante. The focus is exploring the ancient, Atlantic-infused terruños of Ribera Sacra and the Canary Islands. By using traditional farming techniques and winemaking methods they are able to let each, unique parcel speak for themselves in the finished wine. 

Envínate La Santa de Úrsula 2021 is a red wine from the northern part of Tenerife in the Canary Islands, produced by the Envínate collective. It is made mainly from Listán Negro, sourced from old, cordon-trenzado vines grown on volcanic soils influenced by Atlantic breezes. The wine is fermented with minimal intervention to preserve site character, resulting in a fresh, elegant style with notes of red berries, pepper, smoky volcanic minerality, and subtle herbal tones. The 2021 vintage highlights balance and vibrancy, offering a transparent expression of Tenerife’s unique terroir and traditional viticulture.
