Holiday Charcuterie

Our charcuterie and cheese program at Loopline has always been something we take pride in. Chef Wyatt has often found that in many places, cheese and charcuterie feel like an afterthought. He is always on the hunt for new and exciting quality products. Much like with the food we serve, there is never a cheese or meat that we ourselves would not enjoy and be proud of. This holiday season we are offering two ways to bring this experience home, with two boutique options for your holiday parties, or cozy holiday evenings with friends and family!

The Board $250 + $75 board deposit fee | Feeds 8 to 14
A bespoke selection of 5 cheeses, 4 charcuteries, and house made chicken liver mousse. Featuring pork products from Maison Duculty, Bresaola sourced from Italy and a house made chicken liver mousse. For cheeses you will find a selection of European specialty cheeses sourced from La Ferme, as well as some of our favourite Canadian cheeses. Accompaniments include blackberry jam, miso glazed pepper mustard, bread and butter pickles, crostini all made in house; as well as a bag of torres chips.

The Box $150 |  Feeds 4 to 8 
A smaller selection of 3 cheeses, and 3 charcuteries. Charcuterie includes two Maison Duculty products and a portion of bresaola. Cheeses include one French, one Spanish, and one Canadian. Accompaniments include blackberry jam, miso glazed pepper mustard, bread and butter pickles, and crostini, all made in house. 

Please allow 24 hours from order time to pickup, we will notify you when your order is ready.
You may keep the board, should you choose to return it, you may do so up to 72 hours from pickup time, if the board is not returned to Loopline 72 hours from the pick up time, you will not be refunded the $75.
