On Sunday, January 18, we’re hosting an intimate twelve course Omakase with Matt Taylor of @affinityfish, celebrating Canadian waters and precise, thoughtful seafood.

Expect chawanmushi, miso soup, and a full sushi progression featuring Lake Huron pickerel and trout, Haida Gwaii albacore, PEI big eye tuna, Nova Scotia swordfish, miso marinated roe and cod liver, followed by classic Japanese finishes like kampyo temaki and burnt honey tamago.

Each pairing has been carefully built to follow the arc of the menu. Six 2 oz pours include grower Champagne, high altitude Grüner, saline Muscadet, and some Jura Chard, sake, and a sparkling Riesling icewine to close. You won’t want to miss this.

5 pm to 7 pm
7:30 pm to 9:30 pm

Twelve seats per seating. Six bar seats and three two tops. Maximum party size of four. Groups of three to four will be seated across the bar.

Tickets are $270 all in and include food, pairings, HST and gratuity. All tickets are final sale, but may be transferred if plans change. Please Book through Resy.
