Canadian cheese has come a long way in the last 20 years... rising from humble farmhouse traditions to rival the great dairies of Europe. On this special evening at Loopline, we’re pairing the very best of Canadian dairy with the elegance of Stratus Vineyards, Niagara’s benchmark for intentional, world-class winemaking.

Guests will be guided through a seated tasting that highlights the craft, character, and innovation shaping Canadian cheese today, each thoughtfully matched with Stratus wines - both current releases and rare library pours. Expect contrasts and harmonies: the funk of a bold Quebec bloomy rind beside the clarity of Stratus White, or the richness of blue elevated by the sweetness of Riesling Icewine.

This isn’t just a tasting, it’s a story of two Canadian legacies. A story about how far we’ve come, what sets us apart, and how food and wine, when done with intention, can feel at once modern, cultured, and joyful.
