This is a guided tasting and storytelling night built around the so-called “noble grapes.” Not as a stuffy list to memorize, but as living, travelling varieties that shaped how the wine world drinks today.

We will start at the source. Bordeaux, Burgundy, the Rhône, the Loire, and a brief detour to the Rhine. From there, we trace how and why these grapes moved, adapted, and became global benchmarks. Climate, trade routes, colonialism, marketing, and a bit of French ego all play a role 🗺️

We will taste regional wines from their “ancestral homes,” connect the dots between place and style, and end with the history, myths, and mild propaganda that shaped how we still talk about wine today.
