Seven grapes that quietly built the wine world 🍷

We are bringing this one back.

After a sold out first run, The Noble 7 returns for those who missed it.

This is a guided tasting and storytelling night built around the so called noble grapes. Not as a rigid list to memorize, but as living, travelling varieties that helped define how the world drinks today.

We begin in Burgundy, where Pinot Noir first taught the world how to taste place, then move to Bordeaux for Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, the grapes that built structure, trade, and prestige. From there, we head south to the Rhône for Syrah, west to the Loire for Sauvignon Blanc, north to the Rhine for Riesling, and return to Burgundy to close with Chardonnay.

Along the way, we trace how and why these grapes moved, adapted, and became global benchmarks. Trade routes, empire, monasteries, marketing, and yes, a bit of French ego all play a role 🗺️

Educational but relaxed. Curious, not pretentious 🍇
